Idea which can change the web

Here is current web scheme. Users post information. Websites create ad places using this information and sell them to advertisers. Websites turn ad places to ad and give it to users. Users follow ad and buy products supporting advertisers.

What if we change this scheme and improve it by two simple but very decisive actions. We will give user an opportunity to change rules of ad impressions and choose ad which is shown with his information. And we will take part of money got from advertiser and give it to user.

Several very important things will happen. Users will post information more responsible evolutionary improving information quality. Value of ad places will be increased because users will spent their attention to compare potential ad content and information content. Thanks to it total quality of ad will grow up, practically reducing the cost of its maintenance.

I choose very big market: Questions & Answers. It best fits all needs to be excelent example of how to implement improvenments.

People ask question and write themes to which this question belongs, arranging them by priorities. When advertiser create ad he write themes for this ad and arrange them by priorities too. When algorythm solving about what ad is the best for this page it takes themes of question and compare them with themes of ads, including their priorities.

Look how simply ad accuracy will grow compared to Google's and others context ad. But this is not all. If I asked question or wrote answer I can manually tune what exact ad will be shown!

Why should I do it? Because website give me a part of money when somebody clicks ad. 50% of all ad profit goes to authors wallets and pockets.

It's not a big earning when you ask several questions a month. You even do not need think about earning this case. You are like people who post questions on yahoo answers or answers.com - just really want to know answers or share knowledges. But if internet is the big part of your life you can earn a big money by projecting your knowledge or fast searching experience to questions and answers day by day.

I want to create web service with many new advantages. Main advantage of course is ability for authors to rule ad and earn money.

At first stage such ideas will be developed:

2 ratings for answers - voting rating and discussion rating
creating contacts lists with liked authors for private and group communications; fast way to find liked authors by detailed authors pages and even special button "find liked authors"
wonderful interface for questions construction - while typing questions in search field you can see next available words as like tags on which you can click to continue construct question
comfortable communication in answers discussions and authors messaging - like auto refreshed chat but with branches
strong instruments for advertisers like Googy AdWords
section for investors for discussing and adoption of new ideas

Investment

I want you invest money in development. Each dollar invested in company will be turned into the one vote. Most development and business descisions will be adopted by these votes. I will create special section for investor where I and any investor will place propositions which will be discussed and confirmed or rejected by votings.

Here is a special benefit for investors. Every invested dollar will be turned into the right to place ad in the nearest future where core of website will be developed. This help fill website with ads on my first steps. But later investors using voting will decide stop turn new invested dollars into the ad places. From that moment advertisers will no longer become investors. At that point all invested dollars should be turned into the shares to be distributed between investors and additional shares will be offered in stock market. Quantity of these additional shares will be accepted by company and investors.

Most business solutions will be accepted by investors discussions and votings. Here are only 1 steadfast rule which should exist all time of company's life: 100% of ad-click cost will be devided in two parts - 50% goes to authors of answers and questions where clicked ad were placed, 50% will goes to company.

All company's expences will be controlled by investors by proposals to reduce, enlarge, add new or remove permanently areas of spendings. These proposals will be discussed and voted for acceptance.
